I just want to confess that I'm a fan of con men and certain thieves. Not just any criminal/crook whatever you want to call them who goes out and steals. In my eyes those are thieves.
I believe though if you can out smart someone and through that you can take from them whether it may be like bank fraud, ripping off a store in a clever way, conning someone, etc. (not quite sure how to explain it)
think of "the real hustle" if you've ever seen the old tv show.. whether it be the US or UK version. People like that are absolutely smart and not just "thieves" they out smart the general public and in doing so they enrich themselves with money and probably satisfaction knowing they did. (though the people in that show are on the good side of the law they have potential to make 100k+ a day)
also there was this show on discovery channel where 2 guys were ex burglars and now working on the good side of the law. They broke into houses and took stuff. Now show the public how to prevent it.
Or another example Frank Abagnale the "catch me if you can" guy another great example.. if you haven't seen the movie I suggest you go get it RIGHT NOW.. its based on a true story.
For a fiction movie example.. I would suggest "Inside Man" a really clever and great movie.
Like I said people like all the ones Ive listed in my eyes above are not criminals or thieves.. but if you're out purse snatching, holding someone up with a gun, or with fear/intimidation then you're just a low life criminal.
But if you can outsmart someone and take from them without their knowing or just by being clever.. then good for you I'm all for it.
Now I know some of you aren't going to agree or whatever but to each his own.
then comes the question "well what if someone stole from you or your mother, etc."
well sure its not right but if it happens it happens.. smart people though wouldn't be out stealing from just anyone or your average person. You'd know what I mean.
and if it ever happened to me.. would it suck.. sure. Though that's why I stay smart myself though and make sure to take measures against that type of stuff. and I do have rules and ethics/morals I live by. Esp. if you were to ever take from someone don't wipe them out completely.. they have bills to pay too you know and need to eat.
anyways.. just wanted to confess that.
