That would not have worked, you didn't leave it on for very long. You need to clamp it in place and leave it on there for at least 1 hour or longer, so the blood supply stops flowing into your testical, then it will die. After its done your testical will swell up over the next few days and in a few weeks it will shrivel up and finally disappear. They will be gone forever. It will be the best thing you will ever do to become a eunuch.

@NotSure1973 Doesn't injections of alcohol into your testicals take a very long time to shrivel them up?
I have been told a year. This way with the burdizzo would be next quickest option, the quickest would be slicing your scrotum with a scalpel, tying up the spermatic cords then cutting off each testicle with some scissors, disposing of them and finally stitch up the wound in your scrotum.

How good is that, to get rid of those useless testicles that hang between your legs. I'm glad they used local anesthesia, the pain would have been unbearable, if not, you wouldn't be able to help cut them off. It took forever to cut them with that scalpel. I would have used a pair a scissors.

Wow the sound it made was like crushing a stick of celery. He would had had a big smile on his face after it was done. This would have to be the easiest way to castrate and get rid of those useless testicles. They will swell up at first over the next few days, then over the next few weeks will shrivel up and soon they will gone forever.
