An underrated video. In fact, it seems that this is indeed an incestuous family. The father is off-camera. However, they are not Russian. They speak Ukrainian with an accent typical of western Ukraine. From what I can tell, the younger girl addresses the older one as "Mom." They also discuss the hickey that the father left on his daughter. It is also clear from the context that this is routine for them and they are not embarrassed or excited in the least, just earning money on webcam.
