There is no telling for sure what will cause shit to rain down a decade from now. All you can do is try to enjoy yourself, be open and honest and when things quit working stop.
Talk to your husband about why he likes you fucking other men. If it is a way for him to hurt himself and express some self hatred he needs to spend a long time talking to a shrink. Another possible problem is if he hates women and he is wanting to see you degraded.
