I would like advise from a sister without stupid comments from males on how I can get my STEP sister to sleep with me.

We both have our own accommodations now but ever since when we lived in our parents house I always got the the impression she teased me and caught her eyeing out my bulge etc.

I did tease her back but now want to fulfil my dreams

I always catch her checking me out when i was in my swimming club and when we both come back from a long cycle she always has only a used g string or panties lying in her bathroom floor because I always take a shower in her house.

What can I do to subtle get her in the mood ?. What can I do to really get her wet or can I ask another sister about the the things she does so I can relate ?.

We are both grown adults and would appreciate proper answers

you need to set the mood for the topic, invite her for a few drinks, some wine, for instance, only a few lights and all, put some effort
after a few drinks, you need to get to the topic smoothly, remind of the time you were young, of the swimming club, when you teased each other, mention "how messy she was" when you would take a shower and she left her g strings and panties around
either she is going to deny it, shrug it off, or confirm she was indeed leaving them there for you... if she doesn't confirm it you can directly , but smoothly ask her with a low almost secretive voice something like "were you teasing me with them?", no matter the answer you can always reply with a "because it worked"
